Assistant Director with Lead Teacher responsibilities

This is an administrative position(s) with Lead Teacher responsibilities with hourly pay. What this position will do for you is provide the opportunity to learn and perform the tasks and responsibilities associated with an Administrator as you perform dual roles as an Administrator / Assistant Director / Director while at the same time spending meaningful time in a classroom as a Lead Teacher too. Meaningful experience relevant to being able to acclimate oneself to this position is required. In the role of Assistant Director you will work in the front office on assignments such as: staff scheduling, client records, new employee orientation, greeting parents and visitors, giving tours of the program/facility, purchasing food and supplies, staff evaluations, and all other aspects attendant to an administrative position too numerous to list.

As a Lead Teacher you will have your primary class that is for the larger-part, your classroom with all duties associated with being a Lead Teacher when you are not working as an Administrator. If you are an outstanding Lead Teacher currently, and have wanted to rise to the Administrative / Directorship pathways, this job is perfect for these ambitions.

Strong interpersonal and organization skills with a Professional appearance / demeanor are critical to success in this position.
